With more than 15 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the education sector, I have built my career managing and co-founding educational institutions in Brazil, including K-12 schools and higher education organizations. Throughout this journey, I was responsible for strategic planning, financial management, operations, and long-term growth, developing a strong ability to lead organizations and improve systems.

In addition to education, I expanded my experience into other industries, developing ventures in agribusiness and manufacturing. These included irrigated coffee and macadamia production, as well as the creation of a bottled water company built from concept to production and distribution. These experiences strengthened my ability to manage complex operations, make strategic decisions, and adapt quickly to new challenges.

Currently, I am pursuing a Master's degree in Business Analytics at Suffolk University in Boston. This phase represents a strategic transition in my career, allowing me to complement my entrepreneurial background with technical and analytical skills in data analysis, modeling, and emerging technologies. My focus is on understanding how data and artificial intelligence can be applied to improve decision-making and optimize systems.

Looking ahead, my goal is to integrate my experience in education with my knowledge in analytics and technology to develop innovative edtech solutions. I am particularly interested in creating platforms that make learning more personalized, scalable, and effective. I believe that the combination of artificial intelligence and education has the potential to significantly transform how people acquire knowledge and develop skills.
